Michigan State Board Refreshers Course 

In the state of Michigan, your hours are valid for 7 years beyond your graduation. This course is for individuals who have completed all of the required hours for cosmetology or manicuring but need help with preparing to take their exams both written and practical.  

COSMETOLOGY LAYOUT

Week 1 Pack, label, and check bags

Week 2 Practice part one;  TIMED

Week 3 Practice part two; TIMED

Week 4 

MANICURE LAYOUT

Week 4

Cost of the class $1,000 and a deposit of $200 is due upon enrollment. Payment will be made via invoice. Once payment is received, student will receive State Board Packing list and State Board Practice Test/study guide which will be emailed.

State Board Bags are available for purchase upon request. State Board Bag preparation is an additional $400. Please allow 7-10 business days for bags to be packed and completed. Bags will have all things required for state board practical exams. 

 

*Please bring pen and paper to every class to write down things you may have forgotten to purchase or things to remember for the test.
